The Guatemalan beans used in this French roast are grown in the volcanic, southern regions of Guatemala. They have a bold, smoky, spiced flavor with a fair amount of acidity. French roasts can be quite strong; however, careful roasting of this blend makes a coffee that is smooth with full flavor.
